Prior to the start of classes there’s a few things you must do as a new graduate or professional studies student, including registering for orientation, submitting your health forms, obtaining your Regis Student ID card, and more. Yes! At our Graduate and Professional Student Orientation, you will hear from the Graduate Affairs team and learn about the variety of resources and services available to you throughout your time at Regis.

Students interested in applying for financial aid should contact the Office of Financial Aid directly. Eligible students may submit their application for financial aid in order to be evaluated for grants, loans and work study opportunities.
Individuals are also encouraged to inquire with their employers, if applicable, for available tuition assistance or reimbursement programs.

Each graduate or professional studies student at Regis is assigned a faculty member, academic program director, or professional advisor dedicated to addressing your academic needs and questions.
You can find your academic advisor by logging into Regis Hub and navigating to Student Planning > Plan your Degree and Register for Classes > ‘Advising’ (tab). If you are unable to find your advisor, please contact the Office of Graduate Affairs at graduateaffairs@regiscollege.edu.
Visit Regis Hub to register for your courses and consult the Academic Calendar for registration deadlines. For questions on course selection or registration, contact your academic advisor to schedule an advising session.
You can review your individualized degree audit at the start of your academic program and every semester thereafter. To view your degree audit: Log into Regis Hub -> Select the Student Planning application -> Go to My Degree Audit.

Required textbooks can be searched by course and purchased at the Regis College online bookstore. Complimentary three-day shipping to the campus gear shop is available for all textbooks and course materials.
Graduate Assistantships are available to graduate students who are enrolled in a minimum of six credits within their graduate program and maintain a 3.0 GPA. For more information about how to reduce your tuition and to view open positions and apply, visit the Graduate Assistantships page.
Our librarians are available to meet in-person or via Zoom. Reference and research help is available on a walk-in or appointment basis for Regis students, faculty, and staff during our Research Help hours. Librarians can be contacted at reference@regiscollege.edu.
Tutoring is available through the Finucane and O’Sullivan Institute for Learning to all current Regis students.
In addition to peer tutoring, students may find support through group workshops, learning communities, and through 24-7 support via Brainfuse.
The Information Technology Services (ITS) department is available to assist with on-campus technical support, such as email, Moodle or other online services offered by Regis. ITS can be reached at helpdesk@regiscollege.edu or you can visit the ITS Help Desk in College Hall Room 131.
Yes! Our Graduate and Professional Career Planning team offers program-specific career services to assist in achieving your professional goals. You can schedule a career coaching appointment via Zoom or by phone.

The Regis College Police Department is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Officers receive full police powers through the Massachusetts State Police. The campus police force consists of a chief, deputy chief, lieutenant, and two sergeants.
