As a first-year student, you’ll participate in First-Year Seminar (FYS), a course designed to help you get comfortable on campus, connect with the community, and make Regis your new home.
A key component of FYS is the Regis Common Reading program, which provides new students with a common intellectual experience and fosters conversation and community building throughout the university. You’ll receive your copy of this year’s common read, Being Heumann, by Judy Heumann, at Orientation. Regis encourages students, faculty, and staff to incorporate the selected work and their themes into course curricula and co-curricular programming throughout the school year.
We can’t wait to welcome you to campus this fall.
--- P.S. Don’t forget to complete your placement tests on Moodle. We will help you make your fall schedule after that and ensure you are ready for classes in September!
