Welcome to Regis College! We’re thrilled that you’ll be joining us this fall. As part of your enrollment, please be aware that Massachusetts State Law requires all incoming students to provide proof of required immunizations and health insurance. Also, Regis College requires completion of additional health forms prior to arriving on campus. These documents must be uploaded through our secure portal as outlined below.
Who needs to submit health forms?
- Full-time undergraduate students under the age of 30.
- Full-time graduate students under the age of 30.
- All full-time and part-time students in health sciences or nursing programs, regardless of age.
- All international students attending classes or academic programs.
Deadline: All forms must be uploaded by Tuesday, July 15, 2025, for fall enrollment.
How to submit: Visit Health Forms & Immunizations – on the Regis College website to download the required forms and follow the instructions to upload your documents. Important: Forms must be submitted in PDF or JPEG format through our secure upload portal.
Graduate Students: If you believe the above criteria do not apply to you, please email healthcompliance@regiscollege.edu with the following details:
- Full Name
- Age
- Student status (full-time or part-time)
- Your specific graduate program name
