Welcome to Regis College! We're thrilled that you'll be joining us this fall. As part of your enrollment at Regis, Massachusetts state law requires all incoming students to provide proof of immunizations and health insurance coverage. In addition, Regis College requires the completion of supplemental health forms prior to arriving on campus. All required documents must be uploaded through our secure portal, as outlined below.
The following students are required to submit health forms:
- All full-time undergraduate students under 30 years of age
- All full-time graduate students under 30 years of age
- All full and part-time nursing and health science students, regardless of age
These requirements also apply to individuals from other countries who are attending or visiting classes or educational programs through an academic visitation or exchange program. All forms must be uploaded by Wednesday, July 15, 2026, for fall enrollment.

Student-Athletes
New incoming student-athletes must complete this process in addition to any health forms required by the Athletic Department.
Nursing Students
New incoming nursing students beginning clinical placements in their first semester must complete this process, along with all clinical requirements, if enrolled in one of the following programs:
- ASN
- Direct Entry MSN
- 16-Month ABSN
- 24-Month ABSN
